All orders received by our customers are then processed quickly, professionally packed and delivered direct to their site for inclusion with their framework kit.
Aerofast’s Kit Pick and Pack Process
Our kit pick and pack procedure includes a thorough 3 check process to ensure the completed kit package is “as ordered” by our customer.
To ensure a speedy turn around the product is weighed and the quantity checked against the order. The product quantity is noted on each bag for easy quantity identification.
Once the order is filled it is checked again to ensure completeness and correctness.
Finally, another staff member will complete a third check as each box is packed, ensuring the order is fully complete and the total carton weight does not exceed the customer’s maximum weight limit requirements.
Kits are then consolidated on a pallet or skid, or sent individually as you require.

Coloured labels are utilised to indentify each individual customer, job number and date required.
Our pallets and skids are wrapped firmly with plastic film for security and protection during transport.
​
Our customer only needs to include our kit with their framework delivery to the end user.
​
